Cisco Bug: CSCvv84295 - Jabber Android Group Chat Presence Status does not update when participant panel is active

Symptom: Jabber for Android user has participant panel active in an ad-hoc or persistent group chat room and does not see another user's presence status update unless they close the participant panel and reopen it Conditions: Jabber Android does not update IM status for users while in group chat mode while the participant panel for group chat is active. The J4A user needs to manually close the participant panel and re-open it to see the updated user status. Scenario: 1) User A and User B are in a group chat together 2) User B has the group chat participant list displayed 3) User A changes their status Result: User B does not see the status update unless they close the participant list and reopen it. This behavior is NOT seen in group chat on other clients (Jabber for iOS for instance).
