Symptom: When an user clicks on Self Care Portal from Jabber Client Options, he or she gets directed to FQDN of IMP sever. The user sees HTTP Status 404 - /ucmuser type: Status report Conditions: Site has "Self Care Portal Default Server" under Enterprise parameters set to "None"
