Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is an enhancement for adding administrator name(contact ID) and location field on 8000/7000 series device for SNMP polling.

There is no option to configure these settings on 8000/7000 in platform settings, hence cannot configure this.

Below is the result if we try to poll this information.
