Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
A blank white screen is shown on a 64-bit Linux machine when joining a meeting using the Web client and a separate 64-bit Linux user is sharing their screen from the Java client.

Conditions:
When an attendee joins a Webex meeting using the Web client on a 64-bit Linux machine they are unable to see a screen share from a different Linux user in the same meeting who is utilizing the Java client. They will see a blank white screen in place of where the screen share window should be.

Two attendees join the meeting in Linux with the Java client and the Web client respectively,
The Java client shares his screen, and the Web client displays the white screen. By the way both the Mac Client and the Win Client can see sharing.
