Description (partial)

Symptom:
After changing the password for a user, using a password with dollar signal "$", it cannot log into any CPS GUI.

Conditions:
1. Login to CLUSTER MANAGER as root
2. Execute the script "change_password.sh"
2.1. Enter the username
2.2. Enter the password twice (create one using dollar signal, example: "abcd$1234")
3. Try to login to any CPS’ GUI (Control Center, Policy Builder or Central) with the username and password above
*** If you use ?abcd$1234?, the login will be denied
*** If you use ?abcd?, the login will be allowed (everything after the $ was ignored by the script)
