Symptom:
Changing Prime Infrastructure's IP address may prevent the database from starting.

admin# config t
admin(config)#interface <interface name>
admin(config-GigabitEthernet)# ip address x.x.x.x 255.255.0.0
write memory
reload (say yes to save config)

Conditions:
This was observed in Prime Infrastructure 3.6.1.
