Description (partial)

Symptom:
On power outage, trap will be sent. However, UDP checksum mismatch can be seen in packet capture both on intermediate nodes as well as server (trap receiver). Server will drop the packet due to checksum mismatch.

Conditions:
1.) Dying Gasp support configured on NCS 540 Tortin / Big Bend
snmp-server vrf <VRF>
 host <Server_IP>  traps version 3 priv <priv_secret> dying-gasp

2.) Power outage for router.
