Symptom: Secure shell password field is auto populated at Phone page Conditions: Issue 1: Go to BAT - Phone - Update phone - query - Find - Next - Select description & secure shell password check box - run immediately - submit. Check the status at Job Scheduler page. Then Navigate to phone config page. It is not clearing the secure shell password field. But it clears the description. Issue 2. Clear the shell secure password and save it at the phone configuration page. Export the phone via BAT - Phone - Export - specific details . Create a phone template and insert the specific details file. It inserts a phone with secure shell password.
