Description (partial)

Symptom:
J2: CFM Flaps seen with line rate traffic on VPWS

Conditions:
After sending line rate traffic on the VPWS session from Turin to J2 direction on one of the subinterface , I see continuous CFM session flaps on other subinterfaces.
I’m sending 10G traffic, interface on Turin connected to Spirent is 100G and from Turin to J2 is a bundle of 25G , so there should not be any congestion there.
The only congestion point is J2 10G interface where VPWS and CFM is configured.
