Symptom:
Webex Teams (Android) - incoming call screen is not showing the buttons to accept or reject the call

Conditions:
When using the teams app on an Android phone and the phone language is Hebrew (right to left), incoming call screen is not showing the buttons to accept or reject the call. Changing the phone back to English makes the buttons appear.{color}
