Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running the Agent Team Real Time report, customers are noticing the following:

. Reports are stuck in "Checking report execution progress" status in CUIC.
. Running the SQL query from CUIC report in the AWDB also results in "Executing query" message; sometimes for over 30 minutes. 

The amount of time taken to run the report seems to increase, when more agents that are added to the input values.

This is happening not just with custom reports customer created, but also with stock report.

SQLServer.exe process on AWDB takes almost 100% CPU.
Reboot of CUIC node would temporarily make it work and then issue happens again. 

Ask is  They'd like Cisco to improve upon how the queries are compiling data and executing in the query.
