Description (partial)

Symptom:
On authentication details for an EAP-TLS failed authentication due to client certificate expiration, the "user-name" field, belonging to the correspondent Acs-Logs entry, gets populated with "USERNAME" value instead of the original user-name value contained either in the RADIUS "User-Name" attribute or in the EAP "Identity" attribute.

Conditions:
ISE 2.7.0.356. Use case: EAP-TLS authentication and client certificate expiration.
