Description (partial)

Currently we can display the submitted changes , device and the user as below:

1.workflow mode: Activity Mnagaer > view changes > Activity Change report
2.non-workflow mode (ticketing enabled) : Ticket > view changes > Ticket Change Report
3.non-workflow mode (ticketing disabled) : Manage > Change Reports.

However , the customer has 100+ changes per day ,  if a specific change happens  we will not know who changed it and  which ticket was used.

So , it will be insufficient to go through all tickets to find that specific change and the user who submitted it.

The customer is looking for an easy way to view changes and the submitter ( e.g hovering  the change in preview config and see more details about it  or add new columns in preview config to see more details about the user, device .... )

Exmaple :
I see in the preview config: "interface speed 1000". I want to know who submitted that change.
