Symptom:
diff_call data reported in the memory utilization warning is not pointing to the correct Switch, for example:

%PLATFORM-4-ELEMENT_WARNING: Chassis 1 R0/0: smand: 2/RP/0: Used Memory value 91% exceeds warning level 90%. Top memory allocators are: Process: fed_main_event_fp_0. Warning is related to Switch 2: 2/RP/0 but the diff_call data refers to Switch 1.
