Cisco Bug: CSCvv76001 - EPNM5.0: UDF not shown in some reports

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 5.0 I110B build 712 I see a problem that UDF(User Defined Field) still not able to show in some of the reports like Alarm and New Top N Temperature reports. but works well in the other like Top/Bottom CPU/Memory and Interface Traffic reports.

There might be more reports have this problem, but since we don't have an efficient way to catch them all, like impossible for manal check one by one since we have more than 250 reports. Have to fix one by one.

Let's start from this two for now.

And, this is not a regression, already exists in EPNM 3.0.

Conditions:
