Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Emails may be getting sent to the SMA AMP quarantine, and never being released, because the ESA never uploaded an attachment in the message to be evaluated. These messages will persist in the AMP quarantine, until they expire. Conditions: This defect occurs with emails having lots of recipients when email handling rules are in place to split the email into dozens of additional messages.
