Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA5525-X device running multiple instances of the syslog-ng monitor process.  This does not cause any operational issues and is only detectable by looking a list of running processes and noticing that there is an extra syslog-ng monitoring process running.

Conditions:
This only happens during low memory when the syslog-ng process is stopped to free up memory and during the restart process it is possible to start an extra instance of the syslog-ng monitoring process.
