Description (partial)

After successful upgrade from 6.1.0.x, or older, to 6.4.0+ the device hangs in a few days or even hours and is missing access via console or network. Functionality is only restored after a hardware reboot and no logs are available as every disk access becomes impossible due to the exception being generated.
