Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone service connects and disconnects immediately on jabber mobile client. User cannot use the client for calling functionality.

Conditions:
1. This issue is observed and reported with the latest Jabber iOS client 12.9.1.
2. This issue is NOT observed with the latest Jabber Android client.
3. The CM Group assigned to the Jabber iOS client has multiple CUCM nodes for registration.
