Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center may fail to collect inventory from a Catalyst 9300 switch.  The logs will indicate an error in the  LispDynamicEid table.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.5 in a single-node cluster, managing a Catalyst 9300 switch running IOS-XE 16.12.3s, in a Fabric-in-a-Box installation, with the wireless LAN controller image installed.
