Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 5.0 build 712 I110B, I see a problem is Reports / IPSLA Graphs / IPSLA Backward Jitter, click Run, from the report result, you can see the X axis uses ms as the unit which is correct, but Y axis uses Ratio (%) which is wrong.

The same problem in below reports:
Reports / IPSLA Graphs / IPSLA Forward Jitter

Conditions:
In EPNM 5.0 build 712 I110B, I see a problem is Reports / IPSLA Graphs / IPSLA Backward Jitter, click Run, from the report result, you can see the X axis uses ms as the unit which is correct, but Y axis uses Ratio (%) which is wrong.
