Description (partial)

1)This is not a TMS reachability issue. 
2)Once the message is triggered, we can see an HTTP FEEDBACK WAS UNABLE TO POST FEEDBACK message in the device log.
3) The scheduled meetings don't seem impacted; the time zone is correct in the TMS endpoint profile, device touch panel, and web interface. 
Everything points to be a cosmetic issue.

Force refresh seems to not have any effect. 
Manual time zone change in the device doesn't seem to change. 
Downgrade doesn't seems to have any effect.
