Description (partial)

When Cisco DNA Center is integrated with IPAM, LAN Automation may not discover all the available devices. Some devices may hang at 80% onboarding, as IPAM may not be properly allocating addresses from the subnet for layer 3, so the IP addresses to be used are not passed back to LAN Automation.

This was observed in Cisco DNA Center, integrated with IPAM.
