Description (partial)

All the BFD sessions go down and come back up on a vEdge. This happens if the device has its control connections flapping continuously with all vSmarts

When the control connections flap continuously with the vSmart. When this happens, the device goes in and out of GR. "rx_spi_ipsec_drops" can be seen in the "show system statistics" output.
