Description (partial)

Symptom:
Set to Default is not working at Headset Template config page

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - Device - Headset - Headset Template - Click on Find - Click copy in the Standard Default Headset Configuration Template - Enter name and modify some values under settings column - Click on save - Now click on set to default.
Pop up will display. Click ok in the pop up.

Clicking on Set to default is not making any changes at the headset page.
It was working fine on 12.5SU3.
Issue is seen on 14.0.0.98000-1162
