Description (partial)

After the installation of ES02-88 on CCX 12.5, it is observed that the prompts invoked after the Hold / Unhold step in a script are not played, and only silence is noticed. The callers do not hear anything for nearly the duration of the prompt.

The prompt can be called through explicit Play Prompt or through a Menu Step, Get Digit String, etc. None of these work.
