Description (partial)

Symptom:
In scale BGP EVPN setup, the EVPN RT5 default routes for either IPv4 or IPv6 may be duplicated in BGP table.
Multiple error messages and tracebacks can be observed.
Eventually it may crash.

Conditions:
1) BGP EVPN Layer 3 DCI
2) Importing VPNv4/VPNv6 into VRF and then into EVPN the v4 and/or v6 default route
3) Route churns, or VRF de-provisioning and VRF provisioning
