Description (partial)

Symptom:
Local sourced traffic (ex: ping, traceroute) packets are dropped (not sent out) and accounted against NP counter RSV_DROP_IPV4_TXADJ_NO_MATCH.

Conditions:
Local sourced packets (e.g. ping/traceroute packets) fail.
Only injected traffic is impacted. Switched/forwarded traffic even if against same destination is not impacted.
Recursive route is used to reach destination (e.g. destination is known via static and next-hop is known via BGP/other) and multiple equal cost paths used (>1 path to reach recursive next-hop).
