Description (partial)

Symptom:
PDU Session create failures are seen on Grafana with Reason, PDU_SESSION_DOES_NOT_EXIST.
PDU Session Establishment requests are sent from AMF->SMF with IE Existing PDU Session only during NR->Wi-Fi Handover and these are rejected at SMF.

Conditions:
During NR-> Wi-Fi Handover N4 Session Modification fails and same is not notified to ePDG . In the next Handover, PDU Session Establishment Requests are seen with IE Existing PDU Session during Wi-Fi -> NR Handover which are rejected by SMF with PDU Session Does not Exist.
