Description (partial)

After exporting then re-importing vNIC configuration (sometime useful when replacing physical adapter), hardware uplink failover feature is enabled.
If it occurs to iSCSI vNIC, it leads to failover issue, cause when one side link down, vNIC hardware failover takes place (rather than software failover), this can cause application lose data path or lose datastore.

VIC adapter has vNIC created.
vNIC failover is disabled.
vNIC configuration is exported to configuration file, then imported.
