Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

12.6(1.10000.21)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
NTP Servers are now undefined and unresolvable
which caused CUCM to put in the CentOS Defaults that were not able to be removed without root access
If next is selected without adding the proper NTPs, CUCM will upgrade / Migrate with error "undefined cannot be resolved" and add the default centos NTPs. These NTPs cannot be removed except with root access to edit the ntp.conf file

Conditions:
For a migration, Once the cluster and ESXi host are discovered the next step is to define a migration destination cluster with selecting source node and network settings for all destination nodes.
while parsing networing settings, Clicking 'previous' button on step-3 takes you to step-2, then when you press next there, the NTP servers change to undefined.
