Description (partial)

Symptom:
Setup Unified CM calling. When dials from Teams app choosing a Webex Teams contact of TP, the call doesn't go to CUCM at all, CUCM doesn't register it. The call goes to Cloud and it fails.

Conditions:
dialing a contact of TP from Teams app
Windows / Teams desktop app
Teams version: sparkwindows(3.0.16285.0)
