Description (partial)

Symptom:
The current behaviour of "vpn-access-hours" is that it only allows connections during the time range mentioned in the time-range object. It will not allow any other connections once the time is crossed, whereas it does not disconnect any of the existing user sessions who have connected during the access hours and have continued to remain connected after the time has expired.

Conditions:
Using "vpn-access-hours" feature under the group policy for AnyConnect.
