Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISE IRF adapter still visible in the AMP applications page after TC-NAC adapter deleted. When trying to re-register the same ISE against the same ISE cloud, the user will receive and HTTP 422 from the AMP cloud until the user manually clicks deregister on the application within the AMP console.

Conditions:
ISE configured for TC-NAC AMP integration.
