Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Cisco DNA Center, when using Platform Webhook APIs for ServiceNow integration, using the Reachable/Unreachable auto-clear feature correctly generates an API call with the "Assurance Issue Status" marked as "resolved", but it does not update the ticket in ServiceNow to a Resolved state.

Conditions:
Issue observed in Cisco DNA Center 2.1.1.3
