Description (partial)

After ICSR switchover, the LMA (local mobility anchor) is not including the default router attribute in the PBA (proxy binding update). This can lead to problems on the client which might consider this a mandatory attribute.

Scenario: LMA ICSR scenario
1) Subscriber attach to PGW/LMA1
2) Subscriber able to browse successfully
3) PGW/LMA switchover happened.
4) Subscriber move to PGW/LMA2
5) WLC sends the MIPV6 binding update
6) LMA/PGW sends the Bingin ACK without Default-Router.
