Description (partial)

Symptom:
Not able to see Reporting > Delivery Status if it is an IP address and not a Destination Domain in version 13.5
When trying to check under Reporting > Delivery Status page on older versions you could see info for a Destination domain  that is an IP (Example 192.168.1.X) when you click it. 
Now after upgrade to 13.5 the page shows "no data was found" for this Destination Domains that have an IP instead of the domain name.
This issue is not present in older version in the reproduction version 11.0.3-238 was used and we can see details for this version.

Conditions:
Install ESA version 13.5
Try to check Reporting > Delivery Status if it is an IP address and not a Destination Domain
