Symptom:
CP-88xx IP phones will generate and send corrupted SIP messages when debugs are enabled.

Issue was found with following debugs activated:
undebug all
settmask -r
debug sipcc all
undebug gsm cc-msg cc

Conditions:
- CP-88xx IP Phone (issue may also happen on other phone models CP-78xx)
- debugs enabled
