Description (partial)

Symptom:
Intercom field is missing after inserting a phone via insert phone all details

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - Device - Phone - Add new - Create a phone(Cisco 8851) with intercom directory number.
Export the phone via BAT - Phone - Export - All details. Download the exported file and upload it in the same cucm
Go to created phone page and delete it.
Go to BAT - Phone - Insert - Phone all details - submit the job.
At job scheduler page it shows success but at phone config page , it shows intercom DN as empty
