Description (partial)

Symptom:
configure hardware-bypass on ISA3000 as below:

# show run all | in hard
no hardware-bypass boot-delay module-up sfr
hardware-bypass GigabitEthernet 1/1-1/2

clear the start-up config and restart ISA-3000 we see the status as below:

# show hardware-bypass
                           Status Powerdown Powerup
GigabitEthernet 1/1-1/2 Enable Enable Disable 
Pairing supported on these interfaces: (gig1/1 & gig1/2)

Conditions:
Reloading ISA3000 after clearing configuration by write erase command and reload
