Symptom:
Device connector configuration information is not collected in an appliance tech support

Conditions:
Customers experiencing issues connecting to intersight from their tethered appliance, or customers who experienced errant behavior requiring information to transferred from intersight SAAS.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
