Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUIC Login page buttons do not work.  This does not allow login to be performed.

Conditions:
Custom Login Message configured.

1.	If the Custom Login Message Contains extra quotes(‘ or ?), the CUIC Login page is getting syntax error
2.	If the Custom Login Message Contains more than 760 characters, the ?OK/Cancel? button is not visible on the screen to continue with the Login (page has to be zoomed out)


In these cases this breaks the login page and the buttons do not seem to work.
