Symptom: The Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager service is not running after rebooting the PC. Conditions: This issue can occur on machines that have Cisco NAM version 4.9. The problem occurs when an EAP-FAST connection completes authentication succesfully but the overall EAP status is a failure (typically because of authz policy).
