Symptom: Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a visualization of CAR report type 2. Add the "call duration" as profile variable with other fields Other call activity fields like "IVR duration" , "WrapUp Duration" are populated but "call duration" does not get populated all the time. Conditions: The issue seem to occur only on "inbound" calls while on "outbound" call this field populates all the time.
