Description (partial)

Symptom:
ELAM report on N9k may give false results for the captured/triggered packet:
# Src/Dst Idx may be flip-flopped
# BD information may be wrong
# Outgoing interface/Met info may be wrong

Overall ELAM result will be unreliable, while packet forwarding will work normally.
One of the ways to identify the condition would be to do a "report detail | grep ERROR"
GBL_C++:  [ERROR] FLOP ELAM must be triggered in A->D mode
GBL_C++:  [ERROR] Flop ELAM must be triggered by now

Conditions:
N9k switches with Cloud Scale ASIC, excluding 1st Generation 9300-EX/9200 switches
