Description (partial)

Symptom:
PTP servo moves out of phase-lock state, re-acquires with the foreign master, and phase-locks to the master again within few minutes.

Conditions:
PTP servo slow-tracking is configured with a non-zero value.
Router is locked to a PTP foreign master (in T-TSC or T-BC configuration).
There is a switchover from one Grandmaster to another.
