Description (partial)

SMA generates alerts with below application fault right after an upgrade is completed.

'An application fault occurred: (\'egg/ create_new_server_group|985\', "<type \'exceptions.KeyError\'>", "\'max_time_per_connection\'", \'[egg/ run|139] [egg/ _run1|475] [egg/ initialize|2413] [egg/ refresh_servergroups|1017] [egg/ create_new_server_group|985]\') argv: [\'hermes.pyo\']'

Attempting to save the configuration file from the appliance can also generate errors.
