Description (partial)

Symptom:
- When a user leaves a voice mail in the WebEx Teams, the first two seconds of the Voice mail message is missing when the user tries to retrieve it via Cisco wireless headset 562
- Customer is deployed with Calling in WebEx teams (Unified CM) solution in the WebEx Teams

Conditions:
The issue happens only when voice mail is heard using Cisco wireless headset 562 and not when on speaker mode/using different headsets in WebEx Teams
