Description (partial)

When entering a meeting, if a user clicks on the "call my video system" option and enters in the video address of the meeting instead of a video endpoint, then the meeting would show two user's joining, the one who entered the meeting and another one with the same name as the current meeting.

Steps to reproduce:

- Launch a meeting, whether scheduled or PMR, join with Video/Webcam
- Have second user join meeting and use the "Call my Video System" option and put in the Meeting's Video Address
- When second user joins, another user will join with the same name as the meeting. Both users will mimic the active speaker video.
