Description (partial)

Symptom:
- All traffic is dropped with reason "No route to host"
- This includes to-the-box traffic and through-the-box traffic

Conditions:
- The problem is observed when tmatch is running and the node is made active to pass traffic. This can be verified using:
show proc cpu-usage non-zero sorted | in tmatch

- Failover hello packet drop continues even when the unit role is changed to standby
